We provide comprehensive substance use and addiction assessment services designed to meet the needs of individuals, legal systems, employers, and treatment providers. Our assessments are suitable for court-ordered evaluations, workplace requirements, and personal insight, offering accurate, objective, and clinically sound documentation to support informed decision-making and next steps.
Each assessment includes a thorough clinical interview, detailed substance use history, evaluation of mental health symptoms, psychosocial functioning, and risk factors, as well as screening for co-occurring conditions that may impact substance use. When appropriate, standardized assessment tools and evidence-based measures are used to ensure reliability, consistency, and compliance with professional and legal standards.
Our approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental. We recognize that substance use exists on a spectrum and may be influenced by stress, trauma, mental health concerns, environmental factors, and life transitions. Assessments are conducted with respect, confidentiality, and sensitivity, creating a space where individuals feel safe to be honest and engaged in the process.
Assessment reports are clearly written, timely, and tailored to the referral purpose. For court or legal matters, documentation is structured to meet judicial requirements and may include diagnostic impressions, level-of-care recommendations, treatment referrals, and compliance-ready summaries. For workplace evaluations, assessments focus on safety, functioning, and recommendations that support accountability and recovery. For personal use, individuals receive feedback, education, and guidance to support self-understanding and informed treatment planning.
When indicated, we provide referrals and recommendations for appropriate levels of care, including outpatient therapy, intensive programs, or additional support services. Our goal is to deliver accurate, ethical, and clinically grounded assessments that promote clarity, responsibility, and meaningful pathways toward recovery and long-term wellness.

We provide Level 1 outpatient substance use treatment services through both individual and group counseling, designed to support individuals seeking recovery while maintaining their daily responsibilities at work, school, or home. These services are appropriate for individuals with mild to moderate substance use concerns, as well as those stepping down from higher levels of care or seeking early intervention and relapse prevention support.
Treatment is grounded in evidence-based counseling approaches that address substance use patterns, underlying emotional and behavioral factors, and the impact of substance use on relationships, health, and overall functioning. Individual counseling offers a personalized and confidential space to explore triggers, motivation for change, co-occurring mental health concerns, and personal goals. Sessions focus on building insight, accountability, and practical coping strategies to support sustained recovery.
Group counseling provides a supportive, structured environment where individuals can connect with others facing similar challenges, reduce isolation, and develop healthy peer support. Groups emphasize skill-building, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, communication, and responsibility, while encouraging shared learning and mutual accountability. Group settings also support the development of insight, empathy, and healthier interpersonal patterns.
Our Level 1 treatment incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention strategies, and psychoeducation. Clients are supported in strengthening coping skills, increasing self-awareness, managing cravings, and developing healthier responses to stress and high-risk situations.
Services are delivered in a respectful, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental manner. Treatment plans are individualized and may be informed by assessment results, court or probation requirements, employer referrals, or personal recovery goals. When applicable, progress documentation and treatment summaries can be provided to meet external reporting needs.
Our goal is to support meaningful behavior change, personal accountability, and long-term recovery by helping individuals build stability, insight, and the skills necessary to maintain a healthier, substance-free lifestyle.

We provide psychoeducational services focused on increasing understanding of alcohol and drug use, addiction, and recovery for individuals, families, and loved ones affected by substance use. Education is a powerful tool in reducing stigma, strengthening support systems, and empowering individuals to make informed, healthy decisions.
Our psychoeducation services offer clear, evidence-based information about how substances affect the brain and body, the nature of addiction, risk factors, and the stages of use, dependence, and recovery. Participants learn about the impact of substance use on mental health, behavior, relationships, and daily functioning, as well as the role of stress, trauma, and co-occurring conditions in the development and maintenance of addiction.
In addition to education for individuals, we offer structured support and psychoeducational groups for families and loved ones. These groups are designed to help partners, parents, and other support persons better understand addiction, set healthy boundaries, and respond in ways that promote safety and recovery rather than burnout or conflict. Topics may include communication skills, boundary-setting, enabling versus supporting behaviors, caring versus codependency, relapse awareness, and self-care for caregivers.
Our approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. We recognize that addiction affects entire families, and healing often involves restoring trust, improving communication, and strengthening emotional resilience for everyone involved. Group settings provide a safe and supportive space to share experiences, gain perspective, and connect with others facing similar challenges.
