We’re looking for qualified, energetic, and compassionate therapists to join our team and help us continue our mission of providing top-quality mental health services to individuals, children, adolescents, and families.

We offer flexible scheduling, and are within walking distance of the Marietta Square, making it an ideal location for both work and leisure.

About the Role:

At Grace Behavioral Health & Wellness, we are seeking compassionate and skilled therapists to join our dynamic team. As a therapist, you will provide both in-office and virtual therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate and overcome a wide range of mental health challenges.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing personalized treatment plans, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and fostering meaningful, lasting change in clients' lives. We take a holistic and client-centered approach, encouraging creativity and the use of expressive arts to support healing. You will meet clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences and backgrounds, and providing a safe, inclusive space for personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Therapeutic Counseling: Provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and / or adults dealing with a range of mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.).
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients, caregivers, and other support systems to foster change, set goals, and overcome barriers to progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, concise, and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaboration: Participate in regular team consultations and professional development to stay updated on best practices and expand your skills.
  • Resource Linking: Connect clients with additional resources as needed, ensuring they receive comprehensive care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Georgia as one of the following: PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LAPC.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Comfortable providing therapy both in-office and remotely via telehealth.
  • Compassionate & Motivated: A passion for helping others and the drive to build a strong, rewarding caseload.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Specialized Training/Certifications: Experience or certifications in DBT, EMDR, Art Therapy, or other therapeutic modalities.
  • Insurance Credentialing: Current credentialing with major insurance providers is a plus.
  • Evening/Weekend Availability: Ability to see clients during evenings and/or weekends is desirable.
  • Growth Mindset: A desire to help expand the practice, both individually and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Licensure in Other States: Multistate licensure is a bonus.

What We Offer:

  • Supportive Environment: A collaborative team where your growth and success are prioritized.
  • Comprehensive Administrative Support: We provide office space, and handle insurance credentialing, marketing, referrals, billing, scheduling, and phone support, so you can focus on what you do best—helping clients.
  • Flexible Schedule: Tailor your work hours to fit your lifestyle and preferences.
  • Competitive Compensation: Pay is based on experience, certifications, and your commitment to growing your caseload. Opportunities for performance-based incentives.

Grace Behavioral Health & Wellness is dedicated to fostering a culture of support, growth, and inclusivity. We believe in providing the best care to our clients while supporting our therapists in their personal and professional development.
