Message frequency may vary, with up to 5 messages per week. Text 'START' or "YES" to opt-in to receive messages. You may also contact us directly to request the removal of your phone number from our system.

4. Upon receiving your "STOP" or "CANCEL" request, we will stop sending you further messages.
