SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description: Grace Behavioral Health & Wellness offers an SMS service that allows us to send text messages to your phone number. Restrictions: You agree not to use the SMS service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to spamming, transmitting harmful content, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if we detect misuse or abuse of the SMS service.

8. Termination of Service: You may terminate your subscription to our SMS service at any time by following the instructions above to opt-out. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the SMS service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties: The SMS service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in the service caused by network issues, technical difficulties, or other reasons beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. By continuing to receive SMS messages from us after such changes, you agree to the modified Terms and Conditions.
