Depression, fear, and anxiety are among the most common—and most complex—emotional challenges individuals experience at various stages of life. These conditions can impact mood, thought patterns, motivation, sleep, concentration, relationships, and overall functioning. When left unaddressed, they may interfere with a person’s ability to feel connected, hopeful, and fully engaged in daily life.
Our practice offers comprehensive, evidence-based assessment and treatment designed to identify underlying emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological factors contributing to depression and anxiety. We collaborate closely with each client to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique experiences, strengths, goals, and personal values. Therapy is tailored to meet clients where they are, whether they are seeking relief from persistent symptoms, navigating life transitions, or working toward deeper self-understanding and emotional balance.
Our therapeutic approach integrates well-established modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps clients identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which emphasizes emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness skills; and mindfulness-based interventions that promote present-moment awareness, stress reduction, and increased emotional resilience. Together, these approaches support clients in building practical coping strategies while fostering insight, balance, and long-term stability.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, we incorporate creative and experiential methods to support deeper emotional processing and self-expression. These may include art-based interventions, movement, and somatic techniques that help clients connect with emotions held in the body, increase self-awareness, and cultivate a greater sense of grounding and safety. When clinically appropriate, animal-assisted interventions may also be offered to enhance therapeutic engagement, reduce stress and anxiety, and encourage emotional connection within a supportive, nurturing environment.
Through therapy, clients are supported in restoring motivation, developing healthier coping skills, gaining new perspective, and strengthening self-confidence. Our goal is to help individuals reconnect with a sense of purpose, joy, and meaning, empowering them to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affects children, adolescents, and adults in unique ways, influencing attention, impulse control, emotional regulation, motivation, organization, and behavior. While ADHD can present challenges at school, work, home, and in relationships, it is also associated with creativity, curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and innovative thinking. Our approach to ADHD treatment is strengths-based, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s developmental stage and personal goals.
We provide individualized treatment for children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, addressing both core symptoms and their emotional, behavioral, and relational impact. Treatment plans are informed by evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to improve focus, organization, and time management; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to strengthen emotional regulation and impulse control; and mindfulness-based interventions to increase self-awareness and sustained attention.
For children with ADHD, treatment emphasizes behavior modification, emotional awareness, and skill-building in a supportive and engaging way. Interventions may focus on improving impulse control, increasing frustration tolerance, strengthening follow-through, and developing positive routines. We work collaboratively with caregivers to implement effective reinforcement strategies, structure, and clear expectations, helping children build confidence while reducing behavioral challenges.
Adolescents are supported in developing executive functioning skills such as planning, organization, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. Therapy also addresses academic stress, motivation, self-esteem, and social relationships, empowering teens to better understand their ADHD and harness their strengths as they move toward greater independence.
For adults, ADHD treatment focuses on improving focus, productivity, emotional regulation, and work-life balance. Therapy may address procrastination, feeling overwhelmed, relationship challenges, and self-criticism, while building sustainable strategies for organization, goal-setting, and motivation. Adults are supported in reframing long-standing narratives around ADHD and developing tools that align with their values and lifestyle.
Across all ages, we incorporate creative expression and experiential approaches to enhance engagement and learning. Art-based interventions, movement, and hands-on activities can support emotional processing, reinforce skill development, and provide alternative ways to explore attention, regulation, and self-expression. These approaches are particularly effective for neurodivergent individuals, honoring different learning styles and promoting a sense of empowerment rather than deficit.
Our goal is to help individuals with ADHD better understand their brains, strengthen essential life skills, and embrace the unique strengths that come with neurodivergence—fostering confidence, resilience, and meaningful success at every stage of life.

Many individuals experience lasting emotional and physiological effects following painful or traumatic experiences. Trauma can impact how we think, feel, relate to others, and experience safety in the world. Symptoms such as anxiety, fear, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, intrusive memories, and feelings of hopelessness may persist long after the event has passed.
Our approach to treatment is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-focused therapies that support nervous system regulation, and cognitive and emotional processing.
We use evidence-based practices to help clients gently process traumatic memories while building resilience and coping skills. In addition to traditional talk therapy, we integrate creative and expressive modalities—including art, mindfulness, body-based techniques, and animal assisted interventions—to provide alternative pathways for healing when words alone are not enough.
Through a collaborative and compassionate process, we guide you through grief, recovery, and healing at a pace that honors your unique story, strengths, and readiness for change.
