Depression, fear, and anxiety are among the most common—and most challenging—emotional experiences individuals face at different points in life. These conditions can affect mood, concentration, relationships, energy levels, and overall quality of life. Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often goes undiagnosed in childhood and may contribute to persistent feelings of overwhelm, low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression in adulthood.

We provide comprehensive, evidence-based assessment and treatment to identify underlying factors and develop individualized care plans. Our therapeutic approach integrates proven modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and ADHD-informed strategies to improve emotional regulation, focus, and daily functioning.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, we incorporate creative expression and experiential approaches—including art-based interventions, movement, and somatic techniques—to support emotional processing and self-discovery. When appropriate, animal-assisted interventions may be offered to enhance engagement, reduce stress and anxiety, and foster emotional connection in a supportive therapeutic environment.

We help clients restore motivation, gain new perspective, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of joy, confidence, and purpose in their lives.

For many individuals, the first step toward recovery is acknowledging the personal impact of drug and/or alcohol use and recognizing a desire for change. Substance use often develops as a way to cope with stress, trauma, emotional pain, or life transitions.

Our role is to meet you with compassion instead of judgment, helping you resolve ambivalence about treatment and strengthen motivation for recovery.

Our addiction services are grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relapse Prevention Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Through treatment, clients explore the underlying factors that contribute to substance use, develop effective coping and emotional regulation skills, and create personalized relapse prevention plans that support long-term recovery and overall well-being.

We also incorporate creative expression and experiential approaches—such as art-based interventions, mindfulness practices, and somatic techniques—to support self-awareness, emotional processing, and stress reduction. When appropriate, animal-assisted interventions may be integrated into therapy to promote emotional regulation, increase engagement, and foster a sense of connection, safety, and accountability in the recovery process.

We offer Level I Outpatient Addiction Treatment--individual and group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and comprehensive substance use, mental health, and anger management assessments. These services are appropriate for court, employment, probation, or personal growth needs. Our goal is to support sustainable recovery while helping clients restore balance, purpose, health, and happiness in their lives.

Many individuals experience lasting emotional and physiological effects following painful or traumatic experiences. Trauma can impact how we think, feel, relate to others, and experience safety in the world. Symptoms such as anxiety, fear, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, intrusive memories, and feelings of hopelessness may persist long after the event has passed.

Our approach to treatment is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-focused therapies that support nervous system regulation, and cognitive and emotional processing.

We use evidence-based practices to help clients gently process traumatic memories while building resilience and coping skills. In addition to traditional talk therapy, we integrate creative and expressive modalities—including art, mindfulness, body-based techniques, and animal assisted interventions—to provide alternative pathways for healing when words alone are not enough.

Through a collaborative and compassionate process, we guide you through grief, recovery, and healing at a pace that honors your unique story, strengths, and readiness for change.
